We're excited to have you in studio for an interview. Think of this as a chill chat rather than a formal interview. Our aim? To keep things light and fun. The interview will last about 45 minutes to an hour, but we'll only use the best four minutes or so for the final cut.

We're here to help you along the way, coaching you through answers as needed and you can redo any question you want. It is our job to make you shine and we will..

Try not to rehearse all your answers. We do suggest you have one or two big career moments to talk about baked up by some metrics. But really, we're more interested in who you are and how you think, not just what you’ve done.
